Pricing Updates
For the most part, pricing on Monster Balls has been consistently the same, with only certain, larger or more fragile balls requiring higher prices due to the increased complexity in packaging. Today that changes!
To start, most balls have had their prices lowered! There has been no change to quality, all our balls are still made with the same love they were when we first opened up, we've just been able to reduce our costs so we're passing these savings on to you!
Balls that were $30 CAD before have almost all been lowered to $25 CAD. A few of the more complicated ones you'll see priced at $27, and you'll see some of the more basic ones as low as $22. If it takes us less time to assemble and print, you can expect to see savings. This does complicate the catalog a bit, but we're happy to be able to pass on savings.
Build Your Monster Ball Team
Bundling has arrived! Now when you are on any of our Monster Ball pages, you can build your own team of balls and save! Previous to this update, you could see discounts in your cart when buying multiple balls but this wasn't very intuitive.
We have three packages available, and anything over 10 balls keeps our 18% discount so if you're really looking to grow your collection, take advantage of our steepest deal. Do note that larger orders may take longer to ship!
Free Shipping Returns
To most locations in North America.
Canadians! Any orders over $90 CAD will be eligible for free shipping in most provinces. There are some outliers, to those in the Maritime provinces our shipping prices are simply too expensive to offer free shipping, and the same goes for the territories.
Americans! Any orders over $70 USD will be eligible for free shipping, with the notable exceptions of Hawaii and Alaska.
We're able to offer free shipping again due to improved market conditions and I'm quite happy to bring it back. The cart will now show how close you are to free shipping, but this is a guess based on the location we think you are from. If you are not offered free shipping at checkout, it's due to your delivery address.
Random Monster Balls!
We're introducing the ability to buy random balls! Maybe you don't know which ball to pick, or you're looking to add something in at a great discount in one of our bundles, the Random Monster Ball option may be for you!
Of course, due to the random nature we cannot guarantee you'll never receive a duplicate if you buy them over multiple orders, however, if you buy multiple random balls in a single order, we'll make sure you don't get anything duplicated.
We're able to offer this because we keep a decent chunk of ball designs in stock, and usually have leftovers from any shows we visit, so we're able to pass on some savings because we've already put the work in.
